Looking for a seasoned developer who is extremely familiar with eCommerce development. Must be able to provide criticism on an existing solution, and provide ample logic and rationale (both technically and monetarily) for migrating to a new system.

The chosen developer must have an extensive (or if not extensive, succinct and stellar will suffice) portfolio, and be employable within the U.S. via standard contract/freelance employment protocol.

The site will be primary B2C focused with a heavy interest in eCommerce to begin with. As the marketing strategy develops, the platform or custom solution proposed must be adaptable to design tweaks, offer/promotional application changes. eCommerce solutions must also be robust, and easily updated by the client.

We are specifically looking for a developer who is sensitive to creating and/or improving eCommerce experiences which have measurable results / tracking, which heavily consider UI/UX (e.g., creating frameworks that are both active and reactive, and provide course-correction and error control).

Your involvement will be strictly limited to programming and back-end support/development. No direct design or marketing experience necessary.

If you are interested, please contact me through the email address in my profile, and provide the following:

-- Online portfolio, or at least five examples of websites / web experiences you have been the primary back-end developer for

-- At least two references from company representatives in executive and/or project management-level roles who can attest to your capabilities and their experience with your workflow and interpersonal communication skills

-- A laundry list of capabilities supported by a resume of your background

    -- Hourly pay rate requirements
