According to wikipedia: PlentyofFish employs three customer service staff members and relies heavily on volunteers to monitor their forums and sort through the 50,000 new photos that come in each day.
The guy you want to get on the phone is (the builder/owner) Markus Frind. Havn't found it (yet), but here's his blog: http://plentyoffish.wordpress.co… and here is where you can report stuff on their forum: http://forums.plentyoffish.com/d…

yes and if you can find out who did this see if they have a existing account set up a date with them and then go punch them in the fucking face.
i would find that more satisfying then getting authorities involved but you know whatever.
- how about slipping a laxative into their drink or setting their dog on fire?7point34

If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire... The A-Team.

if they "person" that set up the account in their own email, and then changed it to your wifeys email..... then you would think there would be some kind of record of this on the site? no ?
so if you can eventually get in contact with someone on the site hopefully you can get some info there.
really strange - hope it gets sorted.

the bigger question is what is your wife doing on a dating site?

It was me

OK so to me it sounds like someone (usually a girl or some gay guy, lol.) is jealous of her life, and not surprisingly it can be a co-worker... what's that about her being bored with her life and needing some action?! that's straight up wanting to get her into trouble with you. maybe it's a mutual acquaintance of yours that wants to jump on you?! picture from facebook? hmm seriously whoever put the time into this was looking into creating problems between you two. so it's nice to hear you have her back and why wouldn't you right?!

Sidenote - this is a great opportunity to stash some "marital dollars." Next time you do something bad or want something and need some leverage you can cash in your 'coin.'
"Remember the time I had your back and trusted you when that person created the plentyoffish.com account?" :D
