yeah like said before, if you're not buying this apt and just renting then you should talk to the landlord first. I can't imagine paying for a dishwasher & the hassle of installing it, or paying someone to install it If in a year or so you're gonna move and leave it there. Unless your landlord gives you a month free rent for it.
