  only 2 things to consider-
  1. make sure you have an outlet nearby, you will need to wire the DW up.
  2. it needs to drain, so, it is easiest of you have a garbage disposal in the sink already, if not, you can still do it, but it is a little harder.

  otherwise, it is really easy. just 3 screws and some adjustments to the feets.
