  Looking for online software to manage creative requests, post and manage assets,documentation track progress, review, etc.

  It is required for many quick turnaround projects with templates for standardized producst but also custom solutions and needs to be simple enough for a sales person to understand (a mighty task, I know). Because of the nature of work (many projects, quick turnaround) – every aspect of the project needs to be housed in the same place.

  Basecamp is not quite there – anyone know of a worthy product?

  i was going to suggest basecamp as it works fine for me for small projects... sorry everything else i have used was in house proprietary.

  I only suggested workamajig because I was part of the new-brand roll-out team. I know my old agency uses it, but they are 55+ people.
  I'm sorry, im not sure. im pretty positive there has to be a "quote" request on there or something. G'luck!

  I'm using Billings, and so far it has uses but overall seems to have been a waste of money. I can't make my own invoice numbers, and their customization tool is so bad that I still have to typeset invoices in InDesign. The result is confusion here because I use my own numbering system with real invoices, but Billings doesn't sync up.
