  Is there a good tool out there to track project timelines, deposits, who's being paid, employees, etc.

  Basically here's the scenario.

  Project is $6,000.

  We have 2 people we're outsourcing to. We need to set a cap on that at $2,000.

  We need to log our in house employee hours.
