    I can clearly see that the use of force is needed, but thats way too excessive!!! He's hardly a threat...tazered on the ground surrounded by police! Absolutely no need for the punches! shocking... Nottingham police at their best!

    Tazers are supposed to be used just before the guns, that mean when the situation is starting to be uncontrolable. Obviously police around the world are using it like a toy for no reason.

    From what I have heard, the guy had just assaulted a police officer, who then needed medical attention. So what we're seeing is the aftermath.

    Also, if your going to struggle, you deserve what you get.
