Well, I worked hard for 2 months non stop, crazy hours to finish some freelance projects. Now, that I'm trying to take advantage of my free time. It seems that my sleep is gone. I went to bed a t 12:00am and now I'm in front of my screen talking to you guys.
How do you deal with this? Help...

10-15 minutes of freeflow random/abstract word association typing will derail your brain from its thoughts and you'll sleep like a baby. Just write gibberish, make the sentences work but forget about making sense, any word you think of, stick it into the sentence. After 15 minutes read back what you wrote, make any grammatical corrections and re-write any parts that don't seem to work well, then go to bed.
Occupational insomnia is a problem caused by your brain getting used to the ongoing sequential problem solving. Just because you stop, it doesn't mean your brain can stop, so you have to give it something else to chew on. If what you give it to chew on makes no sense, your thought processes emulate the transitional period from consciousness to sleep. You will be asleep within minutes of getting your head down by practicising and perfecting an abstract writing technique.
