Mac internet throttling suggestions

    Loving Charles (http://www.charlesproxy.com/) but its shareware and keeps cutting out every half an hour ( fair enough as its a really powerful tool )

    Thing is I'm only using it to throttle my local file's which is under kill for charles. Does anyone know another solution for just throttling local files on a mac?
