Right! Tried it and it works (to an extent). Trial and error though.
I found two types of these clear plastic rings, one thin and one thick, it's easier with the thinner one. You've got to heat the solid plastic, not the ring in the middle. Heat it till it starts to bubble, droop and visibly start to melt, then blow. I blew too light at first resulting in a nice little bubble, then I blew too hard and...
