Skeleton one is cool, other ones are kinda boring. I wonder how much more it costs or if it messes up the regular ink with it.

i heard a friend of a friend (who knows how true this is) got one that said FUCK in big capital letters on his forehead. nobody told him the ink would darken with exposure to sunlight...

Why have a tatoo that only some ectasy gurning twat will see? Doesnt that defeat the point of 'body art'?

Why would you get an "invisible tattoo"?
- because they are asshatsBlue_Balls
- it's not invisible if you can see it

I knew a tat artist doing this 10 years ago. He would filter glow in the dark AP non toxic paint and mix it in with his regular ink.
Man I'm glad he never talked me into getting one.

I know people who want to support groups / organizations, but don't want the logos to be noticeable (for other people to see it all the time). So they get these types.

you seem really upset by the fact that EVERYONE can't see it ALL OF THE TIME.
i'm willing to bet that thing gets seen more than many tattoos people have under their clothes

@scar go get a glow in the dark tribal band hippie.

i've wanted one but it still affects the skin as would any typical tattoo just because of the irritation received by the needle as it's applied

I have a tattoo on my back... I can't believe I would get it somewhere that not everyone could see it. How will they possibly know how cool I am??

if i had a uv tattoo that wasn't on display for the public when i was exposed to black light, what would be the point exactly?, first hide it with uv ink, then again under my clothes? what would such a tattoo mean to anyone i wonder?
- they don't want to be attention whores?juhls
- My answer is as ridiculous and close-minded as your question.juhls
- point being, what are they doing by themselves, to enjoy the tattoo in blackight? ;)version3
- hah, not sure. I personally would not get a uv one, but some people just do it for themselves to enjoy.juhls

there was a show about this a couple months ago on TV

v3– i believe the process of getting my tattoo was much more rewarding than sitting around looking at it...
visualizing it, designing it, manifesting it
very much akin to sigil magick
in the end i don't think it matters if anyone else sees it
but then it's much more superficial to many i guess, like it's a fashion accessory

i can't see getting a tattoo i can't see if i don't want others to see it either, i can do print design and make posters if i want want people to see my printed art, if i want pain, i'll hang myself with hooks from my back. ;) i'll then design my own advertisements too, make sure I get all the eyes on my work and have them understand it's for this pain.
a secret piece of art on my body? i guess i'm not that introverted yet.
