would one consider using this one from a site like dafont.com ?
or are there any other versions ? commercially available for instance..

i would use the free dafont, but charge your client for a new one

has anyone looked at the node structure of the dafont font?
fuck it, I will
- version30
the license inside it
Alte Haas Grotesk is a typeface that look like an helvetica printed in an old Muller-Brockmann Book.
These fonts are freeware and can be distributed as long as they are
together with this text file.I would appreciate very much to see what you have done with it anyway.

FTR, the nodes are real rough and close to shitty
obviously a scan > trace > embed job
- version30
I'd feel real bad charging someone for this as a viable option for a client

so, i have scanned several websites that are known for having a decent digitized version for sale in the past. but for some reason they're not sold anymore?
copyright issues?
