I remember the Spanish telling me the meat goes to orphanages first time I was there.

i just don't see this as a sport or hunting which i think both are fine...
a sport contains participates who WANT to participate, i don't think the bull signed up for this. they are torturing it and kill it no matter if it wins or not. not a sport.
not like hunting because in hunting at least most of the time it is mostly one shot or at least quickly done, and if doing it legally very much regulated and what not.
i understand tradition but i don't think i would have ever found this entertaining.
- so are you saying that is just like waterboarding? :)Meeklo
- actually i am pretty sure that is before the bullfight... to weaken the bullnicole_marie

Not a sport, and I see the point that it is animal abuse. But something is going to kill them somehow. A couple of changes though.
-If the bull was healthy and not close to death. None of that bullshit stabbing it with spears and finishing him off. Fair playing field.
-If the bullfighters trained against men and slaughtered men to get the right to fight a bull. (Bullfighters are gonna slaughter something, why not each other. It adds depth/entertainment.)
-If the bull

It's animal cruelty - bottom line. I love seeing those matadors get fucked up by the bulls

yeah, no one do anything against bull fighting but all the World are against seals hunting in Canada... Red blood on white snow is much more graphic I guess.

Bull fighting is like whaling: outdated.
