Hey guys, i have a quick question about cookies. I have an old site that ive never added any cookies to yet when i use google web developer toolbar and view cookie info it tells me there are 5 cookies, ive looked on other sites i have done and some say up to 10 cookies.... ive never added anything, could it be something set by the hosting etc?

ahh ok cool, i was a bit worried as i tell clients that i havent set any cookies etc and i didnt want them to write up site t&cs with wrong info... i just knew i hadnt set any cookies so wasn't sure where they had come from.

im guessing the others on my site may be from google analytics!

Just tell the client that these are "security cookie" created by the Apache server to prevent Hacking and Viruses.
