Either the developer is the world's biggest dickhead or the client owes them something. Maybe I'm bias, but this just seems fishy to me. That said, I used HTTrack once and it worked well.

Anyone recommend a tool that will scan and download an entire website? A client of ours wants to flick the switch on their website but don't want to alert their current developer, so we can't get the FTP details. The site in question has quite a lot of dynamic pages built using ASP.
