I wasn't surprised at him being fooled about the money, but I was surprised when he blurted out that he killed people.

Season Finale!

i'm guessing there are a number of red herrings in the show or that a bunch of things are going to converge to either thwart or help Walt.
Take Todd, for instance. He's taking detailed notes about the cook. He won't talk about money until he's clearer on the process. Dedicated helper? Or is he going to (or possibly, HAS he) let slip the thing with the kid and is working as mole for Feds or someone else in exchange for leniency ?

Walt is like a crazed animal. If he hadn't done that MacGuyver shit to melt the bracelet, he probably would have chewed his own arm off. He can't be trusted at all anymore, and they should have realized that. I know it would make a shitty end for the series, but if I were Jesse, I would have shot Walt in his own house, ran out and let that be the end of all of it.

Hmmm... I don't think I'll watch tomorrow night but the preview has been growing on me. I got kinda tired of it after gunning through the first two seasons (and I liked Mad Men so much more) but I'm starting to remember why I liked watching it so much at the beginning.

Final episode is titled Felina
A theory comes from Reddit, where they break the word down into its chemical elements:
Fe-Li-Na = Iron-Lithium-Sodium = Blood-Meth-Tears.
Iron is the dominant chemical in blood, Lithium is the most commonly used metal in the manufacture of methamphetamine, and sodium — or salt — is a major element in tears.
YEAH!!!! Science Bitch
- what exactly is the theory?JG_LB
- Another is that “Felina” is an anagram for “finale.”Ramanisky2
- Vince only said it was an anagram for finale. the other seems like a reach.bulletfactory
- Felina is also the name of the woman in the song "El Paso" The singer dies riding back to see her, shot by many cowboys.sarahfailin
- It's also a reference to Hank, who FELL IN A hole.CyBrainX

...what if walter never had cancer, never had to make a ton of money for his family, and the WHOLE THING was just an elaborate scheme to get Jesse to fucking learn chemistry.

Well we know that the flash forward is an indicator that the present tense Walt isn't caught or killed. I hope they do some timeline tinkering like with Lost – really liked the parallell narratives there.
We were talking at work today and said that the first episode was a bit like a 'lets get back on the same page' for everyone with a quasi-scientific caper that's really unrealistic at first buit then totally doable (the whole premise of the show basically) – then the following ones will be a bit more character development and such.
Can't wait for next week – best show of its type for a while.
