Phone/Chat/Email Support

    Does anyone have a recommendations on phone, chat and email solutions for a growing customer support department or any consultants with experience in this area? A friend of mine's company is approaching over 100 employees (up from 52 last year), and they are not sure how best to solve this problem, as their customer base grows in tandem with their employee base.

    The CS department is fairly small, but growing rapidly. Any phone chat and email products recommended don't necessarily have to tie directly to one another (although this would be nice) but all must be able to push customer support history into their CRM system (Salesforce).

    Any experiences you care to share or consulting contact you think may be able to help would be welcome!
