  What do the pron stars use?

  Most big budget films use a small tube running up the side of the shaft away from the camera, covered in synthetic skin and, run down the thigh to the floor. It's preloaded with the substance (not revealed in the document), and another person off camera controls the flow and explosive qualities of the blast. Apparently they use some kind of C02 charged air pump to force the liquid substance through the tube. Actresses can request a variety of flavors including vanilla, strawberry, and peach.

  So, that's not going to help you increase your fertility, but it will at least let you know how things work in the industry.
