  Some things you can try.

  - Acupuncture
  - Stay off the greens (it reduces your motility and can increase morphology) not to mention it can mess with chromosomes.
  - Drink less coffee, maybe switch it up to green tea
  - Have a healthy regular diet
  - Take vitamins, omega 3, multi-vitamins, etc.

  You can also look into IUI, one procedure will run you around 500-1200 depending on your drug coverage.

  there are a ton of rules/guidelines to follow.

  timing: timing is key. your wife has a small window of opportunity a certain number of days after her monthly friend shows up and is gone.

  food: gotta eat the right foods. google high fertility foods and eat up.

  boxers or briefs: wear boxers from here on out. some studies say briefs choke your boys and cut down on swimmer count.

  detox: maybe detox your system for 10-15 days with a natural, over the counter type from whole foods.
