How much would the blood test, some consultation and EKG would cost in your country?
I know ussualy its insurance, but still?My girlfriend was sick and i think some people overcharged us.

Do a search for "patient advocates." There may be some free/cheap reference material for you. If we're talking mondo money, than an advocate can get involved and go after the hospital.

I don't have figures, but the EKG and blood tests are pretty inexpensive. Doctor time probably is most expensive. I don't know how it works where you are, but clinics typically overcharge for services because they know they are not going to get full reimbursement from insurance companies for the services they provide. If you have insurance and they payed it, don't worry about it. If you have no insurance and are billed you might be able to negotiate a better price because you don't have insurance, and ultimately the clinic wants to get some money. Medical costs are stupid expensive, but you are not going to get too far telling them you think they overcharged you unless they blatantly charged for something they did not do.
