a couple weeks ago I was extremely angry at my job... so my status read "Fuck you _________(company's name)"
i am only friends with 2 people I work with and one of them I know would never rat me out. But I mean really... who does that?

This is why we don't voice certain thoughts in a publicly viewed forum.

Can you get fired for hating your job?

Well, now that you're unemployed, you can spend all the time you want on your Facebook status.
- imnotadesigner0
at least now you can write whatever you want about them

Does the other one (or either one, really) dislike you or want your job or want to get someone they know to get your job? Did you shit in the company fridge?

People take posts on things like FB a little too casually.
If you post something next to your name and your photo, then you are asking for scrutiny.
Worth firing? Maybe not, but if you were on the post, that'd push you (easily) off.
At the very least, it'd significantly hurt any chances of raises, opportunities, etc.Basically it shows a disrespect towards your employer. That's just bad business (bad for their business too).

Why not tweet about the injustice of it all
