Seems like a lot of different companies are that way, mine is.

I think agencies go through phases.... for a while, they're great, clearly thinking, creatively working, and makeing things that work, then over time, some random ego oddness takes over sometimes and they become chaotic and strange, some recover nicely, others don't
has alot to do with clients, business strategy and how the creative staff and the account staff may or may not live on different planets

Seems to me like a lot of creative places are (games, advertising...), or am I wrong please?
