Any ideas on how this was created. I am not much of a web designer but I thought someone out there might know how this overlay effect was made. Flash, Dreamweaver, both I don't know. Layers???

with GoLive you can draw divs layered on top of eachother and adjust their visibility... this is how I would have done it if i had built that site.... which i would consider a good layout if you could click the numbers with maybe some jquery smoothnezzzzz
