Cheapest CS3 - CS4 production upgrade

    Anyone know where to get a decent deal on production premium upgrade from CS3 - CS4. I don't see the need myself but most of the people I work with made the move and it's a total pain asking for CS3 versions of everything. I want a download too not a shipped version. The US version is half the price but can't download from UK.
