i see the ads saying its more productive, faster.
How is the new version, I see its got nice features on the Dw. But what about the Print stuff. haven't seen a demo of the new features/advances.
If someone has something to say, or has a link to a demo video. Dont really want to make the jump if its the same, rather wait for CS5 next summer(jk) :-)

I haven't used it enough yet to stress any nuances... initial reaction was the UI is nicer and easier on the eyes.

My only observation is CS4 photoshop is too slow.

not to be the massive dick I have been accused of but...filter?

Wait for CS5--- it'll finally bring 64-bit support to OS X

Some good, some bad.
Guessing the same reactions as when NT, I mean QBN, turned white.
You'll get used to it, and, suddenly there's more to it.
No need to upgrade yet, ihomo, for any reasons more than adjusting for CS5. Or maybe I'm just not using all new features that well.

CS4 is one better.

QBN is like crack, and uberdesigner is the worst kind of addict. He says he's gone for good, but then he's back for just one more hit.

Photoshop... seems ok, don't like too much the new tab system and didn't used any new feature (same could be told for CS3 actually)
Illustrator... very fast and finally multiple artboards/pages. Streamlined interface. Bit better overall
Dreamweaver: Supah upgrade.
Flash: AS3 is still the same, but it has excellent animation tools like IK bones, and 3d cameras + motion tweens works as in AE. Great update for the visual part. same thing for the code. Slower than cs3.
