Just posting random Science Stuff
"View the Milky Way at 10 million light years from the Earth. Then move through space towards the Earth in successive orders of magnitude until you reach a tall oak tree just outside the buildings of the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory in Tallahassee, Florida. After that, begin to move from the actual size of a leaf into a microscopic world that reveals leaf cell walls, the cell nucleus, chromatin, DNA and finally, into the subatomic universe of electrons and protons."

Why do farts come out of your butt?
The butt is the location of the anus in humans, and by definition, a fart is an anal escape of intestinal gas. We should be grateful that we are not crinoids. The crinoid is a marine creature with a U-shaped gut, and its anus is located next to its mouth.
imagine that.

A gentleman is mostly likely to fart first thing in the morning, while in the bathroom. This is known as "morning thunder," and if the gentleman gets good resonance, it can be heard throughout the household.

Masturbation could bring hay fever relief for men
Spring is here and with it come the woes of hay fever. Never fear, however, as there may be a quick and pleasurable treatment to clear those bunged noses, for guys at least – a well-timed ejaculation.

It's already horrifically environmentally deleterious, now it turns people into designers. Sorry, autists.

There are 10 times more stars in the night sky than grains of sand in the world's deserts and beaches, scientists say.
Astronomers have worked out that there are 70 thousand million million million - or seven followed by 22 zeros - stars visible from the Earth through telescopes. The total is said to be the most accurate estimate yet of the number of stars.

Thats an awesome link BattleAxe. Its amazing how small we are in the world. Feeling so small is such a freeing feeling, because it takes away so much burden...

I like this thread. I could spend hours blowing my mind with this stuff.

The odd thing about the us being that small, is that it literally seems to make EVERYTHING insignificant. The worst crimes and suffering... can all pass me all by when I see us all as ultimately that pointless and insignificant.
