  OSFA - Much much closer to home out in the suburbs, which is perfect thinking to the future with child care and whatnot. I got hired as a Sr Interactive Designer which is super cool. They don't have the normal labels of AD, Sr, Jr designers and what not so actually I've moved up a rung on the ladder. Small shop, maybe 22 people. I can't wait!
