Anyone know the best way to convert colors from process to PMS spot colors? Maybe there's a feature I'm unaware of somewhere...
and no I don't have a book of swatches.
thanks guys :)

Maybe by typing the values into Photoshop's picker and then going into the spot colors to see what the application shows is the closest match. The best approach really would be to have the PMS book to reference. Are you working with a local printer? You could spec your colors in the document and then ask to borrow a swatch book to confirm the colors (or change the specs).

The best way is to use a swatch book. Go buy one or borrow one.
Any other way is just leaving it to chance.

A neon green swatch can look like mud on screen. There is no substitute for the actual printed book, like everyone already said.
