I am trying to pick up points on a path and I have to click about 3/4 pixels above the point. Anyone else had this issue? Or how to solve it?

try to set your eyedropper to 1px

You mean the brush? Doesn't work :(
It's really bugging me....

Did you try uninstalling and reverting to CS3? that might help.

it's your video card and GPU acceleration. there's something in prefs where you can enable/disable it

In prefs > cursors, try changing them to precise?
- jimbojones0
no I meant if you select the eyedropper tool, set it to point sample, not 3x3 or something. it could also be the gpu stuff or cursors prefs, or your mouse. who knows.
