Does anybody know of a hack to make Flash always set 'allow smoothing' to be always on(not off as is the default) on jpgs/pngs in CS3? So annoying when you've imported 10's of pngs to animate. i've tried googling it.

you can build a command and run it to find all pngs in the library and turn them to on.

it's not a hack, it's something you do in actionscript. Depending on how you're organizing your project and file, you could just use a loop to go through all the images in the library or on the stage and say image1.allowSmoothing = true, image2.allowSmoothing = true
for (i = 0; i<numOfImages; i++){ images[i].allowSmoothing = true } if you reference all the images from the library with the images[] array.
pretty normal stuff when coding.

Just right click the png in the library, and go to properties. Then check "allow smoothing."
Or you do it with actionscript like Pupsipu said. That would allow you to turn it on or off on the fly if need be.

Have you tried a good couple of backhands?
