So a bunch of people are creating good and interesting foods, alternatives to mass brands, putting the focus back on local makers and merchants, which may ultimately support local business and bring people to the neighborhoods to shop and eat? And you have a problem with that cuz they fit into your bullshit little category of "hipster," which is in and of itself a precious little (dare i say, hip) term to apply to people?
