Egad, now I have to clean the ricotta out of my beard while riding my fixie. Can't this just die already?

So a bunch of people are creating good and interesting foods, alternatives to mass brands, putting the focus back on local makers and merchants, which may ultimately support local business and bring people to the neighborhoods to shop and eat? And you have a problem with that cuz they fit into your bullshit little category of "hipster," which is in and of itself a precious little (dare i say, hip) term to apply to people?
Gfy.

I have no idea what a 'hipster' is, but I'm glad to see people re-discovering humble artisanship - what a simple and decent joy it is to create something unique and intimate that can put a smile on someone's face.
I wonder if you griefers get the same reaction from your banner ads...?

I think it's brilliant what they doing, whoever they are. I'm not particularly fond of the hipster fad myself but I've got great respect for people who take the time to learn these sorts of crafts and then go off on their own experimenting and perfecting it in their own style.
I bet if the group of individuals had not been pictured or had their lifestyles mentioned outside of the craft you probably would of found the story somewhat inspirational and great.

When talking about food there's only one movement:

The rest is crap.
