Thing about chinese food, particularly in america is that generally it is mediocre at best.
If it's good, and theres one place in town that is expensive but good - then it's great..otherwise you just end up with, as I said earlier - slices of crunchy and chewy stuff in a salty sweet brown sauce that might varying in it's spiciness..
Cheese however is like pizza or sex - even when it's bad it's good.
Even down to Always Save or FMV Processed Cheese Food Slices, Cheez Wiz, Velveeta, String cheese - all perfectly acceptable.
At the moment I have some rather explosively strong unpastuerized sheeps cheese from Spain that is about $22 a pound.
I feel like Frazier as I sit and nibble on it with an obscure organic coffee and some mulitgrain bread.- < gay!OSFA
- I always heard that pastuerizing has no effect on taste?designbot
- maybe not, I just like to appear more elite, or lefty or savoir faire by including in my shitty description.mikotondria3

I heard from a cook that the chinese can change the taste of everything except wolf heart and dog lung through cooking or seasoning. Anyone know if this is true?
