What you know as AT&T is and has actually been the NSA (national security agency) for (at least) the past seven years. Big Psy-op programs have been run with the assistance of AT&T. You should seriously consider fucking with a new company, like everyone else. Honestly, I don't know anyone who still fucks with AT&T.

I'm of the opionion that these stalemates can be reached with nearly any company's customer service arm. My best advice may be to find a girlfriend or someone else both skilled and sympathetic enough to try to take things once more from the top on your behalf.

^ how do you type in that suit of tin foil you wear?

I loved Verizon's customer service and signal, but they hands-down have the shittiest phones on the market. wait, the phones DO work well, but that's about the extent of it. It's like having a walkie-talkie with a great warranty.
- I agree completely. But I still go with Verizon over AT&T.TheBlueOne

Hmmmm. I keep hearing people saying how much ATT sucks but I don't get it. Am I the only that has no complaints about ATT? I've been a customer since last July and I had no problems.
I called the customer services a coupe of times, and had a great experience.Maybe I will have my bad experience later on, but so far, ATT gets an A+ from me.

on another note:
If you drop your iphone, get it wet or somehow just f it up to where your warranty won't cover it, you have to pay $100 for the same phone and renew your 2 year contract. You do have the option to downgrade if you originally purchased the 16GB, but then you'll be paying $299 for an 8GB.
I don't understand this.
