Anyone have experience with a good version of a survey or poll plugin?
I want my plugin to have an open field where they can enter a number, cast their vote and then not be abel to change or remove their vote, or vote again. They also need to be able to view the results.
Any suggestions?
I've tried WP-Polls but I'd have to enter each option manually and I don't want to do that.
Thanks

FFS anyone?
What about a free and good looking alternative to polldaddy.com?

i looked into this a while ago but didn't end up needing one in the end. there's a few good ones but they rely on cache/cookie memory, which can obviously be worked around unless you include an email storage.

here's a large list of options. i'll start looking at the bottom, you start at the top!

actually, why aren't you just using wp-polls? it looks great?

Hey airey,
WP is good, but it requires I enter the options, I want the field to be blank and the user just type a number in.
OR
here's the link:

We're expecting over 100 entries and I just want the user to vote on one design and not to be able to change it.
WPPolls can't achieve this.

All ones suggested are compatible with WP 2.7
Also today WP released 2.7.1 -grrrrr

you could perhaps look at a voting system rather than a polling one?

ok, here's a few poll plugins to take a look at:

(plus a comparison of it vs. wp-poll: http://www.superiorblogs.com/wor… )

Saw that one as well.
The entries aren't 'posts' so can't be voted on, also raises issue of people voting more than once.
I've tried this (see your email)

the post below could be ok though.
