thumbs down for me.

it is dull, washed out, and the work is really lack luster, restricted and bland.

did I miss a trend?
http://www.more-than-us.com/work…- If they're calling those case studies, call me Santa Clause.mg33

Position Yourself. To be cutting-edge.
While not entirely two incomplete sentences, it may as well be. Kind of like saying:
Leaves much. To be desired.
- We got this up pretty fast, over the next few days I plan on having other words in addition to cutting-edge that slide in and out.besler

And in your about section the quote says "...the customer service is unfathomable." which doesn't sound too good...

I dont think the range of portfolio is the problem.

Type needs to be reworked coz it seems a little sloppy.
Layout needs a grid. Within this grid you could arrange the type in columns. Not in long sentences that go from left to right and that go against the comfortable reading length.Projects (imgs and text) need more division in between them. They look like they are just floating.
(Learn More) <- Looks weird. This goes better at the end of a paragraph and not in the header as it becomes part of the header.
Site's texture seems ugly. maybe you felt it needed something so you just relied on this quick background texture.

white & clean. white power.

start over. sorry but I think it needs more work.

I kind of like the line "turning blah into ahhhhhh"
It's sort of clever in a way that marketing or other non-creative directors with little to no understanding of graphics and image can latch onto and appreciate it.

Thanks for your responses. The site is definitely still a work in progress, but the overall look and feel has been pretty well finalized. The portfolio page I've been playing around with different ideas for, as I think that's the page that needs the most work.
- brains0
I also hope that you'll have some prettier URLS when all is said and done. Clicking on a piece of work and having the address bar URL ending in /work_venture.html is pretty bush league for a company that does a lot of web work.
- mg330
Frankly, the whole thing is BLAH though. The colors are uninviting and unexciting. It's like it has some barely contemporary elements on top of a content arrangement and background you'd have seen about seven years ago.
The copy is very, very dull. I feel like I'm reading a phone book or a first grader's grammar book. If you simply had some examples nestled into, say, the services page, it might help, but overall the site is devoid of absolutely anything that's going to make a prospective client go "Wow, we should check these guys out!"
Sorry to be so harsh, but, just being honest.

Site does the trick, but your copy is god awful - esp. what mg33 mentioned. Also, minor detail, but I dislike the way you've embedded the leading quotation mark with the quote itself in the right hand asides.
Pad out your contact section too - even if it's just a bloody embedded Google map or something. That page is the final stage for any potential site-based custom - make more of it.
