  hello all at QBN!

  I've experienced some alarming behavior with Illustrator cs4 with running multiple artboards that I thought I should share with the community & also see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.

  The issue is that when I make a document with multiple artboards and have content on say 3 or 4 of them, the save command causes the app to crash & the save as, save a copy produces a corrupt & unreadable file even through acrobat / photoshop etc.

  when I have a single artboard its all solid & plain sailing & not having to recreate my artwork again!!

  My copy of cs4 is totally legit - so perhaps a premature release of this handy multiple artboard facility.

  So QBN whats the word on the streets?

  Seems to work fine for me. I've been using it a lot recently and haven't run into any problems. I'm on a PC though.
