usually non disclosure doesnt mean you can't say who are you working for though... you just can't show (or discuss) the actual work with people not involved on the project.

I would love to be able to have my claim to fame be that one of the small clients I have designed for, become famous in 5/10 years, rather than doing work for something that is already big with or without my help.
Of course the second usually pays better though...
