Me too. Just once. Feel what it's like.

Having a meeting later, hopefully going to be put on a retainer for 6 months by a company who want to develop a content management system I've designed in to a social media platform... I'm getting paid for work I'm getting paid for... and my own office. 2 years self-funded geekery finally paying off.

I'll just be happy with my cost of living increase 2.5% or whatever it is. Too many people laid off here, can't really complain.

Keeping it would be nice...

I'm taking on some new responsibilities in '09 so I'm hoping there will be a nice pay increase to reflect that.
Couldn't come at a better time since the wife is having a baby this year :)

I won't be increasing rates this year. I usually do in Sept, but I will hold off unless the economy suddenly rebounds by then.
So read: No increase :(
