Someone here recently called for putting a stop to stuff that's otherwise best left to an NSFW thread.
How about that? I'm a little irked that I just popped into that denim thread to post something and right there at the top of page 2 is that half naked chick staring out for coworkers to see. I shouldn't be afraid of opening a "denim" thread for crying out loud.
I hate to be a grump but the thread didn't need that, and it COULD have just been posted as a comment.

Actually I was on one site where you are allowed to hide the image if it seems to be not appropriate for work and so only when you click on it do you get the full image. That's ample warning and security for me.

I agree, I do get kinda annoyed when someone knows a naked pic in there. Also I don't want to disable image entirely just cause 1 out of 50 will be something obscene. I don't mind having Chick of the Day thread but let's keep the regular designed related threads clean. Resolution for the New Year.

Ain´t gonna happen though, because the Sysops/Admin don´t police this place at all. I don´t know why, but they seem to value the bullshit/trolling/freedom of speech in favor of the design/better tomorrow thing. Good night and good luck.

eh, I'm generally against nsfw images outwith porn-flavoured threads, but just once in a while it does seem appropriate to hijack a thread with a filthy image, subtle or not. I only ever do it in threads i deem completely arseholish, but my metric is rarely shared by others, so I end up being called an asshole by sputnik or some anonymous dickfleck I couldn't give a flying fuck about.
Trouble is, if only a minor percentage of other users share this philosophy, which I know they do, the game turns into a regular event which I completely understand people object to. 'tis a shame but... *shrugs* ..what can you do?
