nice! but how do you cancel? go back? only a billing address? where is the shipping address and why isn't there a checkbox that says the shipping and billing addresses are the same so you only have to enter the info once?

This isn't an e-commerce site. No physical goods are shipped....It's an application that requires a billing address for a monthly service fee. This is the prefs screen...not a checkout screen ;)
In that case, I decided you really didn't need a "cancel" or "go back".
