since a lot of you are designers/art directors I would like your input on how I can make my site more useful for finding an illustrator.
I tried to program an algorithm that is inclusive but floats the best illustrators to the top
http://www.illustrationmundo.com…so if you click a category it sorts on this algorithm .. I have tried to do other things .. like if you like an illustrator .. you can see who they like ... good chance you will like the people the like or commented on .. etc
secondly, how do you go about finding an illustrator? magazines, word of mouth, web site?, etc
