So now that google's Chrome has been out a few months, has anyone decided that this browser is for them? Better than Firefox?
I downloaded it, I suppose just to have, never with the real intention of using it day to day, just like safari.
I still far and away prefer firefox on the mac, anyone else? I just love my firefox plugins, I never see an ad or banner thanks to Ad Block Plus and also, thank you so much to Neverblink, I can even filter out the douchedrinkers who troll this site: http://www.qbn.com/topics/573603… get it!Anyhow, anyone prefer Chrome?

Still skeptic about Chrome. Dunno why .. it's too young me thinks. That said, I have yet to find anything that is to my disliking with this eager newcomer (apart from the name of course)

Chrome uses too much RAM, it doesn't feel fast despite being faster during javascript benchmarks (as far as I'm aware, this is the only place it excels in speed) and it doesn't support extentions (yet).
Firefox wins imo.
- And firefox 3.1 will be highly optmized for javascript, which is released in around 2 months.kalkal

Chrome seems a lot faster .. but their are some bugs ... if you try and copy and paste some things from web pages ... it won't do it as html a lot of the time.. firefox is slow

Chrome is meant to be as much out of the way as possible. It's an internet application browser, not an Internet Browser. It's main purpose is to be a portal to the Google Platform of services. It is no coincidence at all that Chrome has a Task Manager. Chrome was a secret project in development for two years, and I'm sure there will be bigger plans for Chrome.
