You understand you can take that object... map whatever you want on it... and rotate / tweak / bloat / twist until the end of time... whereas you get pretty much one chance to get it right in Photoshop etc...
... but if you must be a 'naturalist' and do i the old fashion way - it's your dime and your clock... :)... just keep in mind... 3d will look like shit if you're a shitty artist.. .just like any other app... so USE THE TOOLS AT YOUR DISPOSAL ffs.
