You know 'em- they reuse designs, sell more than they deliver, lie about what they really do, have no real designers, stay afloat via family money, suspicious funding, credit cards, bridge loans, etc.
Places you've tragically worked for or worked with or dealt with. My first entry:

"Branding: The 6 Easy Steps"

- Dave Dunn, CEO of e-agency, has synthesized 30 years of professional, hands-on experience with branding into a simple, easy-to-understand guide aimed specifically at helping executives, from small businesses and non-profit organizations to large corporations, develop and manage their brands.calculator

In the web world particularly there are a lot of bullsh*tter companies that are good at selling themselves and promising the earth only to create the sh*ttest thing ever for the client.
It's unreal the amount of times we've pitched for work and not got it - probably down to price or being too busy at the time to take the job on.
The client went with some cheaper company or one who could do it "faster". Only to find out a year later that the company who did win it are still struggling with it or have created the utmost crap site.
See the amount of times we've had clients who went with someone else only to come back to us with their tails between their legs - "can you fix this for us". (and usually coding-wise its a case of starting from scratch cos theres no point in building upon crap coding too).
It's disgraceful that companies can get away with doing such tosh.
And i'm not talking small backstreet outfits of prontaprint shops, i'm talking about some big(ish) design companies here.
F*cking cowboys!- That's quite a collection of clients there 23kon.
Do you handle all those yourself?moth

I will give you an example. I design this website about 5 years ago.

And they then pay a company to redesign it into this?
