Bought a new TV and looking for some new furniture to rest it on. I'm digging this, but having a little trouble finding a good selection of choices. Blu Dot make another piece that is temping but I would have to do some sort of modification to the back where the CD changer would sit.

I've been peaking in a few windows lately and I've noticed that so many people keep their flat screens way up above the normal straight eye level. Above fireplaces, for example.
I prefer watching tv at a perfect straight eye-level, not having to bend my neck so much to look up.

The TV actually doesn't a very nice job of hiding the cables. I'll prob rent for the next couple of years and there's no way I want to go through the hassle of mounting it to the wall.
