Video Compression for Web

I have a ten minute video that is mostly just some talking heads. What's a good estimate of what the file size should be when it's compressed for the web. The dimensions would be 480x360 the the file type would be .flv.
Someone compressed it for me and the file is 80+MB. Does that seem right or is the file size to large? I know I don't have all the specifics but I'm just trying to get some estimate for file size.

By my calculations that's a data rate of 1066kbits/sec. If it's just talking heads (little motion) half that is all you should need. It'll still be a 40Mb file, but it is a 10min video.

10 minute video of talking heads sounds boring. You miight have to pay people to watch. Is that in the budget?

What are your outputting to (QT, FLV, etc ?? )
If your exporting for Flash Video, you can lower the keyframes since you don't have a lot of motion going on....that should lower file size significantly.
As for a QT, 80 megs sounds about right for 10 mins of video...
