I created a logo for a client and they are inserting it into there Word documents printing as is or converting to pdf. I gave them large jpegs and eps files. I thought the jpeg could be used in Word, but they are not printing well. Does anyone know the best way to add a logo to a Word doc and which format? Thank you much!

Windows Meta File (wmf), I reckon.

I've had ok results with RGB, minimum 150dpi pct, jpg or png files.

nothing prints well in word.
I never do this kind of stuff, but the last time I did something like this I either went with a tiff or jpg and worked just fine.

We are still having a terrible time with these logos. I can’t seem to print them out in anything or convert them to pdf. (clearly he means, sharp) Is there any way you can create this file in a different software or format?

If it's line-art just export it as a .wmf from Illustrator. If it's bitmapped, do as Vector suggests.
.wmf is like eps for windows, only without the post-script part. It's fully scaleable and shouldn't get the jaggies your client is seeing.

I've had success with high-resolution TIFFs too

Just do it as a wmf. It's idiot-proof.
