All the agencies out there are all the same. Maybe the answer isn't the same position somewhere else. Chances are you'll run into similar or equal problems along the way and think "Again!!!? Why does this keep happening?"
Jobs are overrated.
But then again you still need that money.*head explodes*

I think I may try to switch to an agency in the semi-near future myself (haven't worked for any yet). So I guess this doesn't apply to me. But the same applies to the corporate world as well.

My friend brought up a good point the other day in relation to his current job:
"Man I wish I was a mailman"
- well at least you know if the mail gets delivered that you did your job********
- my point exactly "could you maybe re-do my mail delivery & make it more funky? "MSTRPLN
- yeah hahah "that mail isnt looking... speedy, you know. maybe you could make the address in italics?"********

i wouldn't suggest quitting your job now. Not unless you have another 100% locked up.

"Chances are you'll run into similar or equal problems" True...

some agencies differ from others. that's why you should take the money and run.

the grass is always greener on the other side. Your expectations should be realistic. If you think you'll be a rockstar because you work at a "sexy" agency, you'd better start practicing guitar hero A LOT.
I'd rather see it as an opportunity to learn from their mistakes instead of your own. Just make sure you have enough spare time to educate yourself and grow your own ideas.
- my issue is that i dont like working for people********

You should have waited a few more weeks to get laid off. Collect a severance etc.
