this is pretty f'ed up. people should take notice of this, especially all you QBN trolls. your QBN overlords would get to decide what constituted criminality and could have you slapped with a federal charge under the computer fraud and abuse act.

i think you've missed the scary part:
you post something here that QBN decides violates their interpretation of their terms of service, you get charged with a federal crime under the computer fraud and abuse act.
it's basically allowing anyone to write criminal law.
